Academics
Aside from being enrolled in core classes like: English, Math, Science, Social Science, Electives, students are also part of an advisory during their MET career. In Advisory each student is responsible for the following:
9th Grade: 10 Hours of Community Service & Attend 4 Cultural Events and write summary of attendance backed with proof.
10th Grade: 12 Hours of Community Service & Attend 4 Cultural Events and write a summary of attendance demonstrating their attendance.
11th Grade: 12 Hours of Community Service & Attend 4 Cultural Events and write a summary of attendance demonstrating their attendance.
12th Grade: 12 Hours of Community Service & Attend 4 Cultural Events and write a summary of attendance demonstrating their attendance.
At the end of each quarter, each student also completes a exhibition as part of their final. Parents are to attend and internship mentors are invited (highly encouraged) to attend.

Student Support Services
We are committed to supporting the whole child through a range of academic and social-emotional services. These include Special Education support, Structured English Immersion, counseling services, and targeted academic intervention programs that offer personalized assistance to meet each student’s individual needs.
